Social worker in Greenwich schools accused of Stamford sexual assault

STAMFORD — A social worker for Greenwich schools has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman during a therapy session at his Stamford office. Alexander Pino, 47, of Stamford, was charged Wednesday with second-degree sexual assault and is being held in lieu of a $150,000 court appearance bond. Stamford police Sgt. Chris Broems, the lead investigator in the case, said the incident occurred in 2013 at Pino’s West Main Street office.
